First Sight

"Boku wa lucky da ne?" Sengoku winked at Akutsu.
"Heh" grunted Akutsu in annoyance.
"Well? Aren't I? I've seen her 4 times this week!" waved his hands in the air as he said it.
"First of all, she's from our school. Second, this is a public place! You can see anyone here!!!"
"Mou... I'm going to talk to her" Sengoku pouted childishly and left Akutsu alone.

"-chan! How many fishes did you get?" said the tall girl to her friend.
"Eh? I caught 4..." smiled the shy girl.
"4 fishes? Do you know the number four represents love?" piped in Sengoku.
"Sengoku! How nice to see you here!" greeted the tall girl.
"It's Bon Odori, of course I'll be here " he laughed.
He stood in front of 's friend and smiled, "Who's your pretty friend ?"
smiled, "Sengoku-kun, this is ."
"Yoroshiku" said the strawberry faced girl.
"Such a beautiful name too!" he smiled as he put an arm around 's shoulder.
"Oh, I see where this is going" teased as she nudged him.
"Ja~ I'll leave you two alone, ne?" waved as she left.
"!" called out as her friend left her with a complete stranger. turned back and winked at before heading to some other stall.
"Good luck!" she shouted.
"She doesn't need it. She's got luck by her side" smirked Sengoku as he pulled closer.
's body stiffened at his touch. She didn't even know this guy and her friend had abandoned her with him.
"Saa, let's go for a walk!" Sengoku dragged as they walked to the stalls.

Throughout the night... only kept quite. She nodded and smiled at anything Sengoku was saying. Occasionally letting out a small laugh.
"Heh, you're quite shy aren't you?" he said as they finally stopped at a fountain.
"Well... I-- I-- Err... Don't seem to know you well..." she said weakly and blushed furiously.
"Hahaha! I understand" laughed Sengoku as he pulled her down to sit with him.
"Let's start from the beginning shall we?" he smiled at her stroking her hair.
"H-hai..." looked down at the ground.
Sengoku let out a soft chuckle. He placed his long fingers on her chin and lifted it.
Staring into her hazel brown eyes, he spoke softly.
"My name is Sengoku Kiyosumi, 3rd year student of Yamabuki Chuu Gakuen"
looked into his emerald green eyes before looking down and blushing again.
"Yoroshiku, Sengoku-san. Atashi no namae wa ."
"Yoroshiku" he smiled and placed a kiss on her soft hand.
smiled sweetly at him. He smiled back.
That smile... She thought.
I've seen it before...

"Ah, sorry... I didn't see where I was going."
"Eh? You're soaked wet... Here, take my jacket you look awfully cold" smiled the red head boy
"Arigatou... Anou... What--"
The boy placed a kiss on her cheek and ran off.
"Ja~ I have to go" he waved back to her.
placed two fingers on her cheek, he face slightly red but she smiled...

"? What's wrong with your cheek?"
"Huh?" she awoke from her thoughts and realised she had placed her fingers on her cheek.
"Nothing..." she smiled.
"Hnn?" Sengoku looked at her, confused.
"Are you okay?" he asked.
rummaged through her bag and brought out the jacket.
"That jacket...."
smiled, she leaned in and kissed Sengoku on the cheek.
"Thank you for the jacket..." she smiled as she handed it back to him.
"You remembered me" he smiled and hugged her.
rested her head on his chest and slid her hands behind his back.
"Of course I remember you... You kept me warm with your jacket" she chuckled softly, snuggling closer to him.
"I've been looking for you since the day we parted" he whispered in her ears as he stroke her hair.
looked up at him, her eyes softening...
Sengoku chuckled and ran his hand through her hair before placing it on her delicate chin.
Staring into her hazel eyes, he whispered "I was so happy when I saw you in school... And even happier now that I am here with you."

Their faces were only a few inches from each other. Sengoku leaned in closer and kissed her passionately...
