My Worst Enemy
Chapter Eight
Atobe's Point of View
Che, what is the probability of coincidence occurring again and again? If it keeps happening it wouldn’t be a coincidence but a planned reoccurrence. Right now I am beginning to suspect whether Tezuka is stalking .
Before the start of the Kantou Regional, sponsored by myself and Sakaki-kantoku we arranged an intensive three day tennis camp. Yet the moment we arrived the reception hall of the campsite, I saw a bus stopped outside and a group of students with very familiar uniforms hopped off the bus.
“Atobe…”
“Tezuka…” I lifted my eyebrow with the scene before me. “What are you doing here?”
“Tennis camp,” Unmoved Tezuka replied. “It is indeed a surprise to see Hyotei here.”
“Arn~?” Frowning more I mocked. “That should be my line. Isn’t the campsite facilities and fee a bit too expensive for your kind?” Exactly as I described, this is a sports training village owned by the Atobe-Group. Unless you are an executive or celebrity, this is not opened to the public.
“Hello Atobe, what a surprise.” With a smiling face Fuji joined our conversation. “If you are wondering why we are here, my sister received a coupon from one of her clients.” Pausing I found the smile on Fuji’s face became bigger. “Her client is the owner of this site.”
“Che, whatever.” Since fate had made it this way, I ignored them as I turned to walk away hoping not to spend anymore time with Seigaku.
“Tezuka-san?”
I felt the irritation reached maximum when had also managed to spot the Seigaku members as she ran up in joy. Joy? I hate the word. Why is always so happy when she sees Tezuka?
“Is Seigaku here for a tennis camp too?!” She asked looking around the familiar Seigaku faces.
“Hello Kabaji-san.” Fuji waved not forgetting the smile of course.
“Fuji-san,” nodded to greet. Turning her focus back to Tezuka again she asked. “Are you going to be joining us for training?”
“Arn~? Of course not.” I objected the moment I heard the idea.
“Sounds like fun!” Kikumaru hopped up to us proving he had already been ear-dropping the conversation. “It would be a great idea, after all Hyotei will be the first school that we will be playing against in the Kantou Regional.”
“Yes, it would be a great chance to gather data too.” The tall nerdy looking Inui also walked up to us.
“That is exactly the reason why it would be a bad idea.” I crossed my arms and stated in displease, then with a sarcastic smile I added. “Of course it is better we don’t shatter Seigaku’s confidence before the game.”
Unfortunately not adhering to what I said, as if I don’t exist said instead. “Sure, the Hyotei girls’ team wouldn’t mind training together with Seigaku. You guys have the most interesting way of training.”
“Fufu…are you referring to the witch’s hats or the famous Inui juice?” Fuji conversed with in a way that indicates a particular connection has with Seigaku.
“Both!” giggled. “Maybe if my girls are not working hard enough, I should ask Inui-san to make some juice for them too.”
The more I watched communicate with the Seigaku regulars naturally, friendly and with Tezuka standing there watching over them in consent, the more I realised I must do something before gets converted into a Seigaku instead. Most of all I can not tolerate the thought of working together with Tezuka for the next three days going through the same training, smiling and discussing over tactics and jogging side by side.
“Oh well,” With a perfect pose brushing my fingers through my hair I said. “I guess I could consider sparing some mercy and allow Seigaku to join us.”
“You mean you would like to join us too…?” Oishi asked softly.
“Whatever,” I ignored Oishi and turned to Tezuka. “So I guess we have to work together for a training plan, arn?”

Fuji's Point of View
Things have gotten interesting. I can not help but smile when I observe the tension between Tezuka and Atobe. The moment Yumiko-nesan offered the coupon to a sports village owned by the Atobe-Group I have predicted this to happen. Knowing Tezuka all these years not once have I seen him done so many things out of ordinary.
Tezuka is a very traditional and regulated person. No matter what happens, whether he won a game, won a lottery, no expressions were ever shown on that poker face of his. Fufu…yet recently I have noticed a few muscle movements on Tezuka’s face. Of course, all these were related to a very special girl, Kabaji . As Tezuka’s true friend, I believe it is about time we do something to help him out. Maybe he needs some help to loosen up a bit, so Tezuka could successfully convey his true feeling to Kabaji .
“Fuji, your speed is slowing down!” Tezuka called out to me with his arms crossed.
Smiling I continued running the lap not allowing Tezuka to see through what I had planned for him. However the moment he looked away my eyes followed him again and found he had approached Kabaji .
“Fufu…” Laughing softly to myself I knew this would be interesting.
“ ...Kabaji-san,” I saw Tezuka called as he stood next to Kabaji who did not join all of us for the running. Apparently for some unknown reason Kabaji had injured her ankle and luckily it was not major but to be safe BOTH Tezuka and Atobe had insisted that she remain stationary and concentrate on upper body training to prevent further pressure to the ankle.
Wait? Did Tezuka just call her ? Although he quickly changed it back to bji-san but it was too late, with the thought my eyes opened a little with the discovery. Being so close to us not once has Tezuka addressed us by our first name. Obviously to him Kabaji was different.
“Yes, Tezuka-san?”
“Even if you are not running the laps, don’t forget you are under training too.” Tezuka said still serious and strict. “Your swings are slowing down.”
No, Tezuka, it is not the best way to approach a girl in that tone. I sighed inside me as I turned to look at Eiji running next to me. As expected everyone were observing Tezuka while we pretended to be running the lap.
“Tezuka is such a rock.” Eiji sighed. “He is going to lose to Atobe if he doesn’t improve the way he talks.”
“Yes, there is a chance of 76.98% of losing to Atobe if he continues to act like a rock.” Inui whispered too while he took a look at the Hyotei captain who stood watching in extreme unpleasantness the moment Tezuka approached Kabaji .
“Should we help him out?” Eiji asked.
“Yes, no way is buchou going to lose to Atobe.” Momo ran up next to us and joined in while dragging Echizen with him.
Since the party is ready I smiled and suggested. “I have an idea.”
“What? What?” Eiji whispered in excitement while we all huddled together running side by side.
After I briefly explained to them the plan, pushing his glasses up Inui smirked. “Good plan Fuji. It might be a great chance to gather the data I never could from Tezuka.”
“I don’t think buchou will fall for it that easily” In the usual lazy tone Echizen commented.
“But if Tezuka buchou finds out he will kill us right?” Momo whispered but I could see the excitement and smile of anticipation on his face.
“Fufu…let’s make sure he won’t find out.” With a confident smile I replied.
***
“A kimotameshi?!!!! (bravery test)” As expected there were different reactions from people the moment Inui announced the training plan for the night.
However calmly reading from his notebook Inui explained. “Yes, as agreed by both Hyotei and Seigaku buchou, since Hyotei designed this afternoon’s training program, tonight’s training program will be arranged by Seigaku.”
“Yes, we understand that, but a bravery test? Isn’t it more a casual game than a training program?” Shishido asked.
“Tezuka, is this the best Seigaku can come up with, arn~?” With his arms crossed Atobe mocked. “A game?”
Pushing up his glasses Inui looked to all the confused faces. “We should all know as a player on the court, the biggest obstacle we have to conquer is fear. So I have designed a program to test ourselves and conquer our fears.” Pinning a map on the whiteboard Inui continued to explain.
“As we can see from the map, ten minutes drive from here is a cemetery with an old abandoned warehouse on the other side of the field.” Making red circles on two locations on the map Inui continued to explain. “We will divide ourselves into teams of two, and each team is required to reach the middle point where I will be waiting with a list of items for each team to retrieve inside the abandoned warehouse.”
“A cemetery?!!” Kaidoh who had always remained quiet suddenly called in horror.
“Yes,” Inui nodded unmoved although noticing a lot of pale faces the moment cemetery is mentioned. “The point of the kimotameshi is to test how brave you could be. You will be given only a torch between each team and during the walk to the warehouse there will be ghosts waiting...”
“Ghosts?!” I smiled when I saw Kabaji whimpered with the word mentioned. “Why will there be ghosts?!”
Her reaction was very much expected since according to Inui’s data surprisingly this Hyotei girl’s buchou is extremely scared of ghosts. With the idea, setting up a bravery test will give Tezuka the chance of saving a damsel in distress.
“Since this is a bravery test some of us will be assigned to dress up as ghosts and appear unexpected to scare the team.” Inui replied as he took out a beer mug with two layers of liquid inside it that for some unknown reason could not be blended. “The team that can not retrieve the item or if any member of the team actually screamed or cried the team will be rewarded this special FEAR CONQUERING Inui juice I invented.”
“Wuahhhh!! It came out again!” Oishi screamed holding onto his head in terror when he saw the beer mug.
“What…what the hell is that?” Mukahi choked when he saw Inui juice for the first time. “How can the drink have two layers?! It is red on the bottom and green on the top and a layer of oil in between!!”
“Can…can we please do some other…kind of bravery test?” stuttered with her face pale and scared. “Or just let me drink the juice, so I won’t have to go do the test.”
Seeing how scared she was with the idea of a kimotameshi, immediately it drew out from all men the desire to protect her. My eyes looked to Tezuka and with satisfaction found him looking to Kabaji with a tender protective look even Tezuka didn’t know he had.
“Don’t worry -chan,” Oshitari smiled probably thinking of the same thing as he patted ’s shoulder. “If you team up with me I will protect you. So if you are scared feel free to hug onto me if you want.”
“Ah, -chan! Team up with me!” Jiroh also cut in.
The responses were overwhelming, before Tezuka even had a chance to make a move already there were a few offers that came in.
“So how are the team decided?” Taka-san asked.
Taking out a box Inui replied, “Please pick a piece of paper from here, the person holding the same number written on your piece of paper will be your partner.”
With the instruction everyone picked a piece of paper from the box and after we have all picked ours Jiroh turned to . “ -chan, what number are you?”
Upon Jiroh’s question, I noticed immediately the expression changes on Tezuka and Atobe’s faces.
“I am number nine…” read out her piece of paper.
“Oh no! I am number seven! Anyone wants to exchange with me?!!” Jiroh jumped up and looked around.
“I got number two…” Oshitari sighed. “Guess someone else gets to hug -chan instead.”
“Yuushi! You are with me!” Gakuto called in joy.
With another sigh Oshitari held onto his head. “I don’t want to team up with a boy.”
While everyone sighed away with ’s answer I smiled victoriously and held the paper in front of me. “Fufu...Kabaji-san, guess we are in a team.”
"He has number nine!!" Jiroh called with envy when he read out the piece of paper in my hand.
“Wait a second,” Atobe suddenly interrupted as he showed us the paper in his hand. “Is there some kind of a mistake? There is no number on mine.”
However upon Atobe's query Inui pushed up his glasses and smirked. “The ones that do not have a number on them will be the ghosts.”
"ARN~?" Upon Inui's answer Atobe's eyebrow lifted as he stood up in disagreement. "Are you expecting oresama to play ghost?"
"Atobe, you don't have the confidence to scare us?" Oshitari asked Atobe on purpose. "I didn't know there was something that you couldn't do."
"Humph, you think I will fall for such childish trick?" Although knowing Oshitari was provoking him, Atobe crossed his arms and still took up the challenge because he is the king. A king can not be suppressed by others. "Interesting, I will make you all regret that I am made the ghost. I will make every single team cry and scream like girls."
"One point though," Inui interrupted. "If the ghost pair is unable to make one team scream or cry, then the ghost team will also be rewarded the juice."
"Easy task," Turning to the people around him Atobe asked. "So who else doesn't have a number on their paper?"
All eyes opened wide in surprise when they saw Tezuka stood up and held out his paper. "Me."
"Buchou ghosts?!" Momo laughed at the ridiculous combination. "What is the chance of it?!"
"Great, there is nothing to be scared of if the ghosts are Atobe-san and Tezuka-san." Laughing too let out a deep breath of relief. "They both will make terrible ghosts."
"Arn~?" With what said Atobe knew despite how hard he worked, with his partner Tezuka whose facial expression remains the same all four seasons, the task will be difficult. Taking out his phone Atobe made a call. "Yes, it's me. I want you to get me the professional horror movie crew here and have everything set up in half an hour."
"Professional horror movie crew?!" Everyone couldn't believe their ears.
"Atobe...do you always have to go the extreme?" Oshitari sighed and shook his head.
"Arn~?" Atobe ignored everyone and said in pride. "Oresama as the ghost? I will make you all remember what it truly means."
***
"Che," The first team Echizen returned with his partner Sakuno who can not stop weeping and apologising.
"Ryoma-kun...I am so sorry. But I could not help myself..."
Well, the first team was very much expected since everyone knew Ryuzaki Sakuno was the type that would cry. However when we saw the result of the second team Oshitari and Gakuto, I could see my partner was starting to get really scared.
"Gakuto, why did you scream?"
"Yuushi, how can you not be scared?!" Gakuto called still with terror in his eyes. "That woman with the long hair just suddenly hung off the tree!!"
"Atobe's professional team really did a good job," Shishido also return defeated. "All the special effects and stuff."
" -chan," Horie Aya looked to her best friend in sympathy. "Ganbattene, I think Atobe-san is really serious this time."
“Horio! Why did you scream?!”
“Eh?” Horio looked to his partner Kaidoh in shock. “It was because Kaidoh-senpai screamed first…”
To be honest I was very impressed with Atobe and Tezuka' work so far. Already eight teams have gone before us and all returned defeated. Now it was quite a sight seeing them strewn all over the floor after drinking Inui's juice.
"Next team, Fuji Syuusuke and Kabaji ."
Upon our names being called, ' whole body jumped and started shivering in fear. Looking up at me she apologised, "Fuji-san. I am so sorry. I will definitely make you drink the juice because I am already so scared..."
“Fufu…Kabaji-san, you know what is the best way to take away those fears?” I asked while we walked through the dark creepy cemetery with only a torch in my hand.
“Wh…what is it?” Kabaji replied while she made sure she walked close to me.
“Not to think about the surroundings,” I replied as I patted her back to calm her down. “Let’s play a game instead.”
“A game?”
“Yup, it’s called 20 questions.” I smiled and continued to explain. “I will think of a random person, and you can ask 20 questions which I can only reply yes or no. If you can figure out whom I had in mind before the 20 questions finish you win.”
“Okay, let’s try that.” Nodding agreed since she also wished to not concentrate on the scary surrounding.
“Is the person a he?”
“Yes.”
“Is he an actor?”
“Yes.”
“Is he a Japanese?”
“No.”
“Woo, then is he an American?”
“Yes.”
As predicted the trick worked well, was deep into trying to work out who I had in mind that while she asked me the questions back and forth she did not even notice a woman ghost just flew passed us, nor did she even notice Inui standing there with a torch shining up at his face from underneath his chin.
“Inui…” Smiling I asked unmoved with the scary sight. “Why do you have to hold the torch underneath your chin?”
“Fuji,” Inui finally removed the torch from his chin and replied. “It is a bravery test, of course I have to blend into the atmosphere.”
“Ah, Inui-san.” greeted too.
“I am surprised you are not scared Kabaji-san.” Inui said.
“Fuji-san and I are playing a game, so I was too busy trying to figure out who he had in mind I didn’t even notice we have reached the middle point.” scratched her head and chuckled. “But Fuji-san is really good at this game, I could never guess who he has in mind…”
“Good strategy Fuji,” Turning to me Inui nodded and passed us a piece of paper. “You might be the one and only team that can bring Tezuka and Atobe to destruction. Here is your item to retrieve from the warehouse. Good luck.”
Waving goodbye to Inui, and I continued our walk and of course the guessing game. We continued calmly all the way to the warehouse, retrieved our item and on our way back towards the goal. However I was a little surprised that although with all the flying ghosts, and the face looking at us from the windows in the warehouse which all didn’t happen to notice, still I have not yet seen the appearance of Atobe and Tezuka.
While I was just having the very thought, I already spotted two familiar foreheads hiding behind the tombstones. Fufu…Tezuka and Atobe, although you two may be great at tennis but you make terrible ghosts.
Knowing they were ready to jump out on us anytime I stopped walking and turned to . “Kabaji-san, I have been wondering for a while already.”
“About what?” Still not noticing the presence of Atobe and Tezuka asked.
“Who do you really like out of Tezuka and Atobe?”
“Eh?!” Not expecting me to ask the question called in embarrassment. Taking a peek at the two people behind the tombstone, I smiled even more when I saw them stood quietly not moving obviously also dying to know the answer to the question I just asked.
“Fufu…don’t be shy, Kabaji-san.” I smiled and looked again at . “Who actually means more to you in your heart?”
Looking away in shyness stuttered, “What…what do you mean? They both are great captains…”
“That’s not the answer I am looking for, Kabaji-san.” I asked trying not to laugh when I saw the look on Atobe and Tezuka’s faces. These two leaders can be quite cute sometimes. “Let’s start with Tezuka, I am sure he means something to you.”
“Tezuka-san?” repeated softly to herself as she looked away once again and an expression of warmness came onto her soft beautiful face with a smile. “I really respect him. Tezuka-san is my goal and pride. He had taught me so many things that I never knew I could accomplish. Whenever I see him play tennis I felt myself attracted to the passion he has. He is determined to bring Seigaku into the Nationals and seeing how committed he is I really admire him.” Pausing shook her head. “But with such determination I guess he won’t have space in his heart for anything else right?”
“I see… I replied as I took another look at Tezuka. I noticed from his eyes how he was dwelling into ’s words. I sighed secretly inside me, Tezuka if you continue to act the way you are now will never understand your heart.
“How about Atobe?” I asked again. To my surprise the moment I asked the question I noticed the change on ’s face.
“I don’t want to talk about him…” whispered and I noticed sadness and loneliness in her voice.
“Why not?” I asked when I found the same expression of seclusion in Atobe’s eyes. Same kind of seclusion? My eyes opened immediately with a certain realisation.
“I…” stopped as a mocking smile came onto her face. “Would how I feel matter to him? He is Atobe Keigo, the king of Hyotei. He doesn’t need anyone…” Taking a deep breath looked up into the starry sky. “Even if he does, the person he needs is not me...”
Knowing both Tezuka and Atobe have already forgotten to jump out and scare us I smiled secretly inside me as I purposely placed my hand on ’s shoulder. “Kabaji-san…fufu, actually can I call you -san instead?”
Upon my question I noticed the two buchou lifted their heads, seeing that was the reaction I wanted I continued on purpose. “ -san, are you feeling cold?” Wrapping my arm around her shoulder I pulled her towards me.
“Fu…Fuji-san?” Not knowing what I was doing asked with her eyes opened wide in surprise.
“Fuji…” As expected Tezuka appeared before us with his arms crossed and a frown on his face, “You are still under training, retrieve your item and return to goal.”
“Che,” Atobe also appeared and stood beside Tezuka. “Seigaku always seem to slack off at trainings arn~?”
“Tezuka and Atobe?” Not expecting them to suddenly appear called in surprise. However the moment her eyes fixed on them both burst out laughing. “Oh my goodness! You guys look ridiculous…”
“Fufu…looks like both of you have failed to scare us. It is our victory.” I stated our victory and happy that my strategy worked.
“Yeah!! Tezuka and Atobe have to drink Inui juice!” hoorayed in joy. “I did it! I didn’t scream or cry!”
With our victorious return everyone rejoiced as we finally brought Tezuka and Atobe to their destruction. Inui announced calmly, “Yes, since the Fuji Kabaji pair managed the entire task without screaming and crying, it is penalty time for the buchous.”
“Drink! Drink! Drink!” Probably too suppressed, a riot started as the ones that fainted on the floor with the juice all suddenly resurrected onto their feet and called in unison.
“Che, how can oresama possibly lose…?” Atobe crossed his arms and snorted. However since he is the buchou, setting an example Atobe said. “Fine, bring it on.”
Inui’s glasses gleamed as he told Tezuka and Atobe the wonderful news. “I have prepared a special remixed FEAR CONQUERING version for the ghosts, instead of drinking out of the beer mug, you will be drinking out of the 1 litre sports drink bottle I have inside.”
“Whatever, bring it on.” Still with his arms crossed in pride Atobe took the challenge.
As expected Tezuka’s face remained unchanged with all the bad news. Exchanging a look with Inui we knew this would be the time to put an end to Tezuka’s forever poker face. Following Inui inside the building, Eiji, Momo and Echizen all gathered before the two huge bottles before us.
“You know, I do kind of feel sorry for them…” Momo scratched his head. “They will probably die and faint half way through drinking this.”
“But still,” Eiji asked while watching in disgust. “How is making Tezuka drink the juice going to help his relationship with Kabaji-san?”
“That is why…” Inui said while pouring a bottle of liquid into one of the bottles. “I have added some herbs into Tezuka’s drink to help him relax and loosen up.”
“Herbs?” Echizen shook his head. “It’s buchou, it won’t work on him.”
“Fufu…Echizen has a point,” Taking out another bottle I poured it all into the drink that was assigned for Tezuka. “That is why we need this.”
“What…what is it?” Eiji asked noticing the dark smile on my face.
“Let’s say a little potion to help Tezuka become more passionate.” I replied with a mysterious smile.
***
Atobe's Point of View
Che, I knew catastrophe had landed upon me the moment Tezuka was made my partner. If it wasn’t because he broke our cover in the first place this wouldn’t have happened. However I felt my heart restless not with the fact I had to drink the juice, but with the conversation I heard between and Fuji.
Smiling mockingly to myself, I remembered the way she talked about me and the way she talked about Tezuka were completely different. She said that I did not need her and I needed no one, but I guess she never knew the true feeling inside my heart. Even if I had the whole world, it means nothing to me if I don’t have her.
“Hai, please drink your drink~” While I was in my thought, held the bottle before me and when I saw the smile on her face I suddenly felt, I don’t mind drinking it anymore since it was offered by her.
“Maa…what is the big deal about this drink,” Taking the drink off from ’s hand with a proud smile I poured it down my throat in one go. However the moment the taste hit my mouth I felt as if it was a mixture of milk, soy sauce, chilli sauce, wasabi, garlic, chicken soup, apple juice, honey, curry, fish soup, etc…etc
The disgusting taste of the mixture was taking away my soberness as I felt darkness coming upon me. However knowing everyone was waiting to see me break before them I told myself again and again, I am Atobe Keigo, I will not be defeated! Finally with a moment of seconds, I opened my eyes again as I threw the empty bottle in the air and smiled in charm. “Oresama no bigi ni yoina!”
“Wow! Atobe didn’t faint!!”
“He did it!”
“Kyahhhh!! Atobe-sama!!!”
I smiled in victory hearing all the comments and looked to . I smiled even more when I saw her nodding and gave a sigh, “You did it.”
“Okay, it’s Tezuka’s turn!” All eyes landed on Tezuka when passed him the bottle. With my arms crossed I raised my eyebrow in challenge. Can you manage it Tezuka? Can you really still maintain your cool?
Taking the bottle from , Tezuka also drank it all and I snorted in unpleasantness when I saw not even a muscle on his face moved with the disgusting taste. When I turned to look at the expressions on the Seigaku regular, I noticed certain anticipation as they watched swallowing the saliva in nervousness while Tezuka calmly gulping down the one litre drink as if he was drinking water.
“Tezuka?” Kikumaru asked softly. “How…how do you feel?”
“Che, still no reaction from buchou…” Echizen sighed.
“Fuji, I don’t think it worked…” Inui crossed his arms and tilted his head.
“Fufu…Tezuka is stronger than we thought.” Fuji replied but I saw his eyes opened.
As if all the comments didn’t bother him Tezuka announced with a strict voice. “The training for today ends here. Return to your rooms now and tomorrow’s training will start at 6am.”
“Ehhh?!” Everyone groaned and murmured with Tezuka’s announcement.
With extreme disappointment the Seigaku regulars sighed and got up from their seats. Turning back to the Hyotei regulars I also announced. “Alright, return to your rooms now, I expect everyone to be there ready by six o’clock.”
“Hai, hai...” As all got up from their seats, I saw Tezuka approached .
“Kabaji-san,”
“Yes?”
With Tezuka’s approach everyone who were about to walk out of the room stopped and watched in curiosity. Seeing that I frowned, “What are you all still doing standing here? Return to…?!!!” However no more words could leave my mouth with the scene that suddenly happened before my eyes.

Your Point of View
What…what is going on…?
I asked myself the question when I stood stunned like a rock as I felt a hand at the back of my head and the touch of another’s lips on mine. Although I asked myself the question however I could not think as my soberness had all been taken away with Tezuka’s kiss.
“Te…Tezuka?????????” Oishi called in shock when suddenly blood spew from his nose as he fainted.
“Oishi-senpai!” Momo quickly held onto Oishi before he hits the ground.
Taking out his notepad Inui quickly wrote down as he counted, “The kiss lasts 8 seconds…9…”
“Oi, Kabaji.” By the time Inui counted up to 11, Atobe was the first person who reacted and there was extreme graveness in the tone of his voice and cold iciness in his eyes.
“Usu,” Upon Atobe’s command, Munehiro came forward and when his hand touched Tezuka’s shoulder to all our surprise Tezuka’s body slipped pass me and fell to the ground.
“Tezuka?!” Taka-san quickly ran up and helped Tezuka off the ground. However he found Tezuka’s eyes tightly closed and he had actually fallen asleep.
“Fuji…what…what did you put in Tezuka’s…drink?” Kikumaru asked not even able to blink with the scene before his eyes.
However different to everyone’s reaction Fuji continued to smile as if he was the only person that had expected Tezuka to do this. “Fufu…I only added a bottle of vodka.”
“Vodka?!!!!!!!!!!!”
“ -chan?” Aya ran up to me quickly as she noticed I still stood froze not able to adjust to the kiss scene before everyone’s eyes. “Are..are you okay?”
“Um…um…” I mumbled but I knew my face must be tomato red because I could sense my cheeks and ears burning hot.
“Wow, that was an unexpected move from Tezuka,” With a whistle Oshitari commented as he looked to Atobe.
“Return to your rooms...” Atobe commanded coldly and I was surprised when I saw the look in his eyes when he looked to me. However he soon looked away as he walked out of the room pretending to have not seen or react to the things that just happened.
“Kabaji-san…sorry about what Tezuka…” Taka looked up at me and said quickly.
“No, please don’t apologise.” I shook my head quickly. “Tezuka-san…Tezuka-san wasn’t himself…it was the vodka…” Not knowing what I was saying I heard myself trying to act okay. “He…he would have kissed anyone…”
“ -chan…” Aya placed her arms around me when she saw me shaking and panicking, “Let’s go back to our rooms.”
Taking another look of Tezuka I turned to the Seigaku regulars and said quickly. “Please don’t mention anything to him when he wakes up. I…I am fine so…it is best for Tezuka-san if he never found out.”
The Seigaku regulars all nodded agreeing that knowing Tezuka’s personality, he probably will never be able to live on if he had found out. Most of all, if Tezuka had found out what they added into his juice their lives will be at risk.

Tezuka's Point of View
Opening my eyes I calmly reached for my glasses next to my bedside. Taking a look at my watch it should be exactly 5 am as I have trained myself to always wake up at 5 am everyday no matter what. Only if I regulate myself will I be able to become stronger, never to let your guard down.
However I frowned when I saw my watch displayed 8:04 am. Before I could figure out whether my watch was broken a massive headache suddenly hit me and every sound I could hear around me were 100 times intensified. Getting off the bed I had found myself still dressed in the sports jersey I wore last night. Looking out the window I have found the sun already brightly shining.
Immediately I realised something had gone wrong, have I slept in? Most of all, what is with this terrible headache? Trying to remember what had happened last night I could only recall the last scene of taking the drink from ’s hands and drinking it. I frowned when I realised no matter how hard I tried I could not remember what happened after that.
Ignoring the pain I quickly got off my bed and headed for the shower. As the hot water ran down my body I felt slightly relieved of the headache. However after I got ready and walked out the room I have found everyone were already having breakfast in the dining room. Taking a look at the clock up on the wall it really matched my watch as it displayed 8: 15 am.
Another thing I noticed was the moment I walked into the dinning room the entire room went silent as all eyes were fixed on me. Although totally clueless of what is going on, I remained calm as I ignored all the looks and headed for the group of people I recognise.
“Te…Tezuka!” Oishi quickly stood up from his seat. “How...how are you feeling now?”
“Sorry I slept in,” I apologised and sat down at the Seigaku regular’s table. It was when I noticed everyone had a strange smile on their faces the moment I sat down, looking back at them their eyes all quickly looked away.
“Tezuka,” Oishi smiled bitterly, “Do…do you remember anything from last night?”
“Ah…” I said not really answering the question. I remember part of it and for some reason I could not remember some parts too.
“I…I will go get buchou’s breakfast!” Momo suddenly stood up from his seat as he quickly tried to leave the table.
“Momo! Are you trying to run away?” Kikumaru also stood up. “I am coming with you!”
“No, I can get it.” Calmly standing up I declined their offer. Heading towards the breakfast buffet area I saw standing there pouring a glass of apple juice.
“Good morning, Kabaji-san.” I greeted.
